- Agent names, email addresses, and phone numbers
- Call recordings (with consent)
- Lead/customer information provided by you

3. Data Protection (POPIA)
In compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA):
- We only collect data necessary for service delivery
- All data is stored securely in South African data centers
- Call recordings require explicit customer consent
- You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data
- Data breach notification within 72 hours
4. Data Retention
We retain call recordings for 90 days unless otherwise agreed. Lead data is retained until your account is closed or you request deletion.
